Precision Sound Lab HELIOS (Hybrid Enhanced Low Impact Operation Stabilizer) records stabilizer is specifically conceived in geometry and weight to match the Technics SL-1200/1210 from Mk2 version on.
Developed after 5 years of test on stage, audiophile use and recording studio with our previous stabilizer, it minimizes defects due to a not perfectly flat records, allows a stereo panorama considerably wider and a better frequency response in the lower part of the audio spectrum, on average 7Hz more.
Differences in sound are huge so we call it a “necessory”.
After several prototypes we decided not to use any moving parts in our stabilizer, as moving adaptors and/or spring could generate unwanted resonances.
It can be used both by DJ and audiophiles.
Milled by a billet of aluminum lightweight alloy on the latest CNC centers, with a Teflon® bushing insert to make spindle insertion stress free with tighter tolerance, it is finished with a non-slip surface and anti-fingerprint treatment.
We improved the design to have a smoother feeling and an enhanced scratch resistance.
Supplied with an exclusive special neoprene bag for safe transportation and storage.
